Supported by Yuasa Battery, Pertamina, and The Lithuanian Embassy of Singapore, the project raised $7,985 USD in funding.
Porsee is a digital platform designed to help households manage food waste and simplify meal preparation — allowing families to save time, money, and energy for what matters most.
The project was funded by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and supported by Parahyangan Incubator, turning an early-stage idea into a validated digital prototype.

Operational Excellence & Reporting Automation
Turning operational complexity into data-driven clarity.
At MainStory, I worked directly under the CEO Office on strategy and operations to enhance efficiency across the company’s 33 centers.
I led two key initiatives (selected among other projects):
• OPEX Cost Reduction 2025 – optimized electricity, internet, and vendor expenses through data-driven analysis and operational restructuring.
• Financial & Performance Reporting Automation – transformed a manual, Excel-based reporting process into an automated, self-service dashboard, reducing a 2-day turnaround to near real-time access.
These projects not only improved cost visibility and decision-making but also fostered cross-functional alignment between finance, operations, and partnerships.
