Allif Kesumo Rahardjo
I am a fresh graduate industrial engineering student with a broad focus on business strategy, product development, project management, and industrial-organizational psychology.
I have previously interned in various industries outside of industrial engineering, ranging from transportation & logistics, financial technology, and telecommunications.
With 1+ years internship experienced and 2+ years of project management experienced.
I aspire to be the best version of myself, therefore I enjoy challenging and leading myself so I often initiate my own projects ranging from building startups, growing communities, and created impactful programs.
A Snippet of My Story
As a child, my father always told me one thing, chase your dreams!
My entire life up until high school was filled with math and science. Then, high school came along and I realized that I wasn't the best at memorizing formulas. Instead, I found that what I loved about school & exams was the ability to devise an answer to solve a problem.
That's how I ended up studying industrial engineering. To develop systematic thinking and problem-solving skills. After I enrolled in college, my Dad taught me an Entrepreneur is always solving problems, Soon it was the dream I was looking for!
For more than four years in college, I have been exposed to diverse opportunities and mentors, which allowed me to get internships, build startups, and scholarships to study with people from different countries. Realizing that I am very fortunate, I decided to give back as much as possible by helping communities such as the disabled community, the MSME community, and my college community.
To contribute to the disability community and also to enhance my leadership, I am currently initiating the Selangkah Project to help the disability community by equipping them with entrepreneurship knowledge, upskilling workshops, and internship programs. Helping over 150+ disabled people connecting them to companies, organizations, government programs, and their dreams.
I hope to one day play an active role in building a start-up in the education industry that can change the education system in Indonesia to be more inclusive and impactful.
