Hello Friends! This is a flashback to when I was still building my digital start-up called Porsee. It was 2 years ago that I was constantly thinking, validating, testing, and executing strategies, plans, frameworks, assumptions, hypotheses, customer needs, and many other things while developing the start-up. Now it's 2024 time sure flies!
Even though it was a small start-up with only $1000 in seed funding, it was a lot of fun and the lessons learned were invaluable. I wanted to articulate all those lessons and create an article about it in the hope that it can provide insight for someone.
For the record, I'm still learning, I don't claim myself to be an expert. If I made a mistake somewhere in this article, please let me know, I will fix it immediately.
